Refund policy

We have a 9-month return policy, which means you have 9 months after receiving your order to request a refund.

To start a return, contact us at hello@ellaise.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you the return address. Ship the empty bottles to that address. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at hello@ellaise.com.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@ellaise.com so we can make it right.
